Nutrition Counseling, Boulder-Nederland Area or Remote
Interested in finding better health through nutrition therapy? I’m your girl!
Change can be intimidating, but if you’re devoted and patient amazing things will happen. I work with a variety of conditions, including autoimmune diseases, food sensitivities and allergies, digestive disorders, diabetes, and weight loss. Even if you don’t have a specific health concern, nutrition counseling can help you improve your dietary choices (clarifying the age-old question, what should I eat?) and embrace new lifestyle habits, leading to a more balanced and energetic you!
I start by assessing your health history and dietary patterns. I provide you with a comprehensive evaluation of areas for improvement and we’ll set realistic goals to work towards, along with specific tools to help you get there. To ease your transition into a new way of eating, I can create meal plans as well as shopping lists. We’ll set a schedule for follow ups and then determine what’s working and what’s not, finding the best ways to work this program into your busy life. I’m always eager to hear your questions and insights and I customize each nutritional protocol to meet your individual needs.
There are several options of how we can connect. If you live in Colorado, we can meet in the Nederland or Boulder areas, but if you’re elsewhere we can use Facetime or the phone to communicate and follow-up with one another. Distance is not a deal breaker! I can also provide accountability calls or e-mails as part of your package, to answer questions between appointments and keep you moving towards your goals.
I offer free 15-minute phone consultations so that you can ask questions and get to know me. Please reach out to me at firstname.lastname@example.org with a short summary of your health goals, along with your preferred method of contact, and I’ll get back to you soon.
