3-Ingredient Basil Vinaigrette



Yield 1 3/4 cups

An incredibly easy, flavorful dressing to put on anything and everything! Perfect on my Rainbow Basil Kale Salad.



  1. Toss basil leaves and balsamic vinegar in a blender and turn on low.  Slowly increase speed to high until basil leaves are entirely blended up and no pieces remain.  Turn blender back to low.
  2. Very slowly drizzle olive oil into the blender, while it's on low.  Continue until all the oil has been added, then turn the blender off and pour into a jar.
